Meditation is easy to learn and guidance is given in the group to help you to understand the purpose and techniques of meditation.
It is an excellent aid to relaxation and stress reduction and can also be used for personal and spiritual development.
There are several different types of meditation all of which we practice in the group. We meet at 10 am.
